This was such a great read! I love the analogy of water in the glass—needing to unlearn. I also liked being sparked to take action, gather data, and continue.

Thanks. Yes, in this era of information abundance, it is easy to add and hard to subtract. We have to constantly remind ourselves to unlearn old techniques/behaviors/habits as they become obsolete.

This was an insightful read! Particularly resonated with the following notion:

"I reasoned that if something important needed my attention, it would find its way to me."

It's an effective way to cut down digital consumption without abstaining completely. I was on my own digital detox stint recently, which I intended to only carry out for a short period of time but alas, it overextended and made it impossible for me to resume.
