I took up coloring when I was a companion for an elderly lady in a rest home. I bought it for her because she had been an artist. But I ended up coloring for her like a show. She loved watching me color. Iโ€™ve done it ever since. Thank you Janet! โค๏ธ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿค๐ŸคŽ๐Ÿ’–

I love to color but haven't given myself that time for a long while. As you know, caregiving doesn't rob us of self-care, we are the ones ignoring ourselves first.

I'm getting better balancing writing, caregiving, coaching, content creation and self-care. In my head, that sounded like a rap song ๐Ÿคฃ

Listening to your voice was a pleasure, JR!

My pleasure getting to know you better JR ๐Ÿค—

You are so attentive in the mastermind we're in together, and you go out of your way to give feedback, support, and inspired thought ๐Ÿ’™

You "heard' the rap song too?!
