Lovely points here Janet. One thing that's often overlooked is the importance of weakening neuronal connections, not just strengthening them. The circuits created are key and I love the phrase 'tune and prune' for what happens due to experience and use/non-use. We tune the ones that connect and prune the ones that don't.

Love this and look forward to learning more. Many years ago, I used cognitive therapy to completely rewrite my brain. It was life changing and I have no doubt about our power to shape our own reality.

Janet, your focus on IMPACT is spot on. If our lives do not, at the very least, improve the life of at least one other human being, then what's the point? Bravo!

"Yet" is truly becoming one of my favorite go-to words. Simple - and so filled with possibility. I love everything you're doing Janet. Keep writing, keep reaching people.

YET is powerful. Wheneever I talk with my toddler I use it. You can't do this or that YET. Not YET, sweetie but soon.
