Commitment – The catalyst for making behavior changes.
Clarity – Clear and specific goals are essential.
Iteration – Refinements and adjustments to your plan are crucial.
Repetition – Creates and strengthens neural pathways by reinforcing the connections between neurons.
Visualization – Vividly imagining scenarios, aligns your focus and contributes to making your vision a reality.

Your Thoughts Define Your Reality
The brain is a fascinating organ, it can’t distinguish between a real and imagined thought. As a person thinks, so they are – this is why changing your life by changing your thoughts is possible.
The Power of ‘Yet”
Inserting the word – yet – into any behavior related sentence completely changes your perspective.
For Example:
“I can’t control my anger.”
becomes
“I can’t control my anger – yet.”
Hope
Now your brain feels hopeful, and you feel hopeful.
Wrap
My HOPE is that you are now starting to see how you already have all the necessary ‘Software’ to change your Life.
With a different ‘Operating System’ (thought pattern), it’s possible to change your Thoughts and over time, your LIFE.
Spend some time thinking about:
Who you are now?
Who would you like to BECOME?
Why would you like to become this next version of yourself?

Lovely writing, Janet. You are climbing the success ladder fast.
Lovely points here Janet. One thing that's often overlooked is the importance of weakening neuronal connections, not just strengthening them. The circuits created are key and I love the phrase 'tune and prune' for what happens due to experience and use/non-use. We tune the ones that connect and prune the ones that don't.
