It’s a subtle balance btw. pushing ourselves not too much but going out of our comfort zone… I have learned that hard way and I am still optimizing this process 😄for myself.

Breathing : do you also go for nose exhale or just mouth exhale ?

In my Thursday Thoughts I haven't, as it's a very laid back, casual come as you are series.

If you look at the previous Editions

1 - 15 - they are basic no frills videos. I couldn't muster a video last week hence the audio only 😅

A serendipitous thing then happened.. Apologies.... such a long reply 😂😂

I inadvertently uploaded it to my Podcast which is due to relaunch mid July. (I haven't yet altered the verbiage of anything :-) There has been a great response and now the algorithm is already aware that there is activity again!

All of that to say...

I haven't done the nose exhales - but perhaps once the relaunch is in effect - you could come in the Show as a guest? I am sure they would love to learn and you could then promote yourself. (No pressure:-)
